alright this is just so awesome. a famous chef Heston Blumenthal is like the willy wonka of the food industry. he is soo incredible. on his menu in his restaurant "the fat duck" he has dishes that include,
SNAIL PORRIDGE
NITRO-GREEN TEA AND LIME MOUSSE ORANGE AND BEETROOT JELLY
SALMON POACHED WITH LIQUORICE
SMOKED BACON AND EGG ICE CREAM
and
LEATHER, OAK AND TOBACCO CHOCOLATES PRALINE ROSE TARTLET.
holy jesus. i found out about him on CNN actualy. he has one his 3rd michellin award, which is like the oscars of the food business. he is my new hero.
he is currently working on a ball of food. which is like gum, but a piece of bread or something, that gives you a 3 course meal, much like the gum veronia ate in willy wonka. how chun is that.
this man is a genius
